One of the cool things for working for a big creative company as that we are to spend some time on personal development stuff, and we have the clout to get some cool guests. A few weeks ago Photographer Ian Shive came in to talk about his new book (which is amazing if you are into landscape photography...and you should be) he showed us an upcoming episode from his series on current TV which is now up on their site and worth a look. He does some great work with ND grad filters now I am going to have to suck it up and buy a few.
